Social Innovation Exchange
Look not just to new ways to solving problems but new problems to solve.

The Social Innovation Exchange aims to bring together young thinkers to collaboratively think about and discuss how innovation and design thinking can be applied to tackle social issues and benefit society.

“Look not just to new ways to solving problems but new problems to solve.”

Topics include: Techno-Futures and Ethics, Global Innovation Design, and Cultural Globalisation, etc.

Design Thinking

Design Thinking is about challenging past notions of what’s possible and applying that lens to our own practice, which forces us to look beyond self-imposed limits. It is an exploration process that makes discoveries along the way.

Innovation is today’s survival strategy. Innovation is to make changes in something established, especially by introducing new methods, ideas, products, or services.

Social Innovation

Social Innovation is defined as a novel solution to a social problem that is more effective, efficient, sustainable, or just than existing solutions and for which the value created accrues primarily to society as whole rather than private individuals.
